The EUP Regional Planning Commission conducts studies of various kinds and provides a forum through which cross-county interests can be served.  The Commission also acts as a region-wide data and information resource center for Chippewa, Mackinac and Luce Counties.  The Chippewa County Board of Commissioners is responsible for filling the Township level memberships on the EUP Regional Planning Commission; it is a two-year appointment.
