Superior Environmental Health Code Bode of Appeals  provide for reasonable and equitable interpretations of the provision of the Code and Technical Manual, the Board of Appeals is available to hear appeals.  The Board shall have not less than three but not more than five members, appointed by the Chairperson .  The members of the Board shall be appointed for two-year terms.
